Project planning
As soon as all the specifications of your machine have been recorded, our experts calculate the project plan in close cooperation with you.
Design and development
In order to elaborate the concept for the machine, we make use of the short administrative paths in our company. Once the rough drafts are finished, the developers bring the production and the test department aboard in order to fine-tune the project with them.
Part production
We don’t have room for compromise when it comes to quality, and therefore we manufacture most of the components ourselves. Your advantage: This allows us to react to new challenges quickly and flexibly.
Assembly and commissioning
After the machine has been assembled in our modern assembly halls, we start the first test run. If you think everything is fine during pre-inspection, we deliver the machine to your production facility, where our experienced service technicians and programmers commission it on your behalf.
Control technology
Starting with the control of individual machines over creating networks for a production line to connecting them to your company control system: We perfect your automated processes.
Documentation
Each MÜKO machine comes with ample documentation. We don’t only provide operating instructions and illustrated descriptions for product variants, but also information on safety, the relevant standards and EC machine directives.
