MÜKO IS
ASYS ASSEMBLY SOLUTIONS GMBH
MÜKO Maschinenbau GmbH, founded in 1996 for high-quality special equipment, was taken over out of insolvency as part of an asset deal by the ASYS Group, the leading provider of automation solutions for industrial manufacturing. The legally binding takeover as of March 1, 2023 was carried out by the newly founded ASYS Assembly Solutions GmbH.
Through the integration of the established special machine manufacturer, ASYS gains further competencies in the final assembly of customer-specific systems. The location Weinstadt was continued with employees and two production halls. The Chinese subsidiary in Suzhou near Shanghai was also acquired.
