Why is vocational training with MÜKO so special?
Well-trained professionals are our greatest asset. Besides standard training work, at MÜKO we offer additional practice-oriented trainee projects. Here our trainees are given the possibility to put the things they learn into practice – supported by the pros.
At MÜKO, almost every machine is unique, and therefore we develop and use new technologies all the time. Our trainees thus get the most recent technical know how and are always up to date.
Which training positions does MÜKO currently offer?
Industrial mechanic
- 1st year of training: Attendance of the vocational school at Waiblingen (one workday per week).
- 2nd year of training: theoretical and practical phase combined in our company.
- Duration of training: 3.5 years, may be shortened when performance is good.
Mechatronic
- 1st year of training: Attendance of the IHK Bildungshaus at Grunbach and the vocational school at Schorndorf (one workday per month).
- 2nd year of training: theoretical and practical phase combined in our company.
- Duration of training: 3.5 years, may be shortened when performance is good.
IT specialist – specialty: system integration
- During the entire training: weekly theoretical and practical phases.
- Attendance of the vocational school at Backnang.
- Duration of training: 3 Jahre.
Industrial clerk
- During the entire training: weekly theoretical and practical phases.
- Attendance of the vocational school at Schorndorf.
- Duration of training: 3 years, may be shortened when performance is excellent.
What do we value most at MÜKO?
A good atmosphere
Each year, five trainees start their professional careers with us. In order to help them with all their questions, we have helpful trainers who stand by them. A family-like, open atmosphere is of the utmost importance for us.
Fun
Good training shouldn’t just challenge you and teach you new things, it should also be fun! Part of this fun is our several-day-long trainee excursion as well as activities like laser tag or FiFa Playstation tournaments.
Opportunities
When your training runs smoothly, your chances to get a permanent position with us are really excellent. A permanent job at MÜKO gives you the opportunity to accompany us on foreign assignments, which might lead you to China, the USA, India or Bulgaria.

Use this letter to give us a first impression of yourself. Tell us something about yourself, and how MÜKO called your attention. We are really interested in learning about your motivation.
The first interview
Your application has kindled our interest, and therefore we invite you to the first interview. Here we basically strive to get to know you a little better. Just be yourself, that’s the most important thing.
The screening test
Our screening test helps us find out if you have a grasp of some basic concepts on various technical subjects. You needn’t study for this test – just come as you are and show us what you can do!
